Setters/ Hitters, Hitters/Defenders, Middles/Setters, Servers/Passers etc.) Get your friends and teammates together to sign up for a training session today!

Virtual Training

Dynamic is excited to offer virtual training sessions. We take the athlete 1 on 1 through strategic environment to help you be smarter, and one step ahead of your opponents. We offer film breakdowns of you game film to see what areas you are excelling in and what parts of your game that we can focus on going forward. It also gives you a chance to see film of how some of the best in volleyball are doing things so athletes can have better ideas for the future. Virtual trainings are great compliments to in-person training.

Individual/Private Lessons

Dynamic Training is also excited to offer Individual/Private Lessons. This allows for any athlete to get the 1 on 1 coaching and instruction that they need. We help our athletes by giving them the freedom to discover new ways to achieve their goals on the court. This gives them to confidence when they face new challenges on the court. Our goal is to have everyone who works with us better equipped to take new challenges head on!

Mentality Training

“The mind is the athlete, The body is simply the means”. Mentality Training is something that is, unfortunately, far too often overlooked. Training your approach to failure or setbacks in matches or training is key in having greater success, at a faster pace. Dynamic is committed to training the entire athlete, the Mind and the Body, to lead to peak performance when it is needed most. When others are afraid, our athletes have the courage to “GO FOR IT!”.
